From the kitchen

A culinary background behind the winter menu.

Charles graduated from culinary arts school. His training leaned toward soups and bread — the kind of food that makes a cold room feel occupied.

That background is why the cold-weather menu is not an afterthought. When ice cream season ends, the kitchen still has a reason to be open.

Menu selections are being finalized and may change as we prepare to open.
